Nine Tree Premier ROKAUS Hotel Seoul Yongsan

Well sized room, good facilities and good breakfast. Easy walk to the trains, including the KTX.

Lifts were incredibly slow.

Superb location - Yongsan has easy access to Hongdae, Myeongdong, Gangnam. Hotel is close to 2 subway stations. Spoilt for food options - local eateries and cafes are close by. Beds are very comfortable. Ipark mall next door has everything!

The luggge storage is from automated lockers, and based on timing they could be full.

Beds were very soft n comfortable. Friendly n warm housekeeper. Replenish the toiletries daily. Very convenient and close to the subways n buses. Has GS25 convenience store at the basement which eases our T money card top up. Very lively district with pretty night lights of city buildings . Duty Free Shopping as well in I-PARK Land Mall . Good location if planning to transfer lines of ITX KTX etc.

It gets a little noisy in the night, close proximity to the subway rails .

I loved the staff they were so accomating so friendly. There was this one girl there at reception that went way beyond helpful. I was so impressed and advised her supervisor.

I didn't like the coffee and tea it was limited to Earl Grey and Chamomile which I don't drink. Tge coffee was drip coffee which was very hard to navigate there was no milk in the fridge, so that was really disappointing 😑

The location is great, it's very close to a big shopping mall, making it easy to shop and dine nearby. Plus, it's conveniently situated near a train and subway station, which made getting around the city quick and effortless. Also there is a convenience store within the hotel on level -1.

I was a little bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. It could definitely be cleaner, there were some dust spots that I noticed upon arrival especially around a bed. While the staff was friendly and the location convenient, I think the housekeeping could improve to ensure a more comfortable stay for guests.
