La vicinanza alla spiaggia, la possibilità di parcheggiare comodamente l’auto, la vista dal balcone, la vicinanza al centro di Miramare, alla stazione e alla fermata del tram.

Il bagno è veramente piccolo, non c’era nemmeno il posto per appoggiare lo spazzolino o appendere l’asciugamano… ma per una notte si può fare tranquillamente!
