Beautiful comfortable room in great location. Everything I needed for a short stay. Loved that all the details were thought about including coffee machine, refrigerated water, toiletries etc.

I would have liked for there to be a member of staff on reception. I hadn’t realised there were no staff at the accommodation.

Location and facilities in the room were great and the whats app checking in system also worked well. We we able to drop bags off earlier than check in time which were then put in our room for when we arrived. Met the person we had been messaging on reception which was nice as I am not sure I like the person-less check in system that exists otherwise. Having said that, messages were responded to immediately and were helpful.

It was all good - just strange staying in a building that clearly looks like a hotel but not seeing another person (other that as mentioned above).
