Crazy Bears Hostel

The small shack for breakfast and with bar was nice.

The room and shared bathrooms were really clean. The breakfast (which was not free) was really good and affordable. The wifi was good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was a bit out of the way. The hostel was not very social but the staff definitely tried to make it better in that regard.

The photos do not match the stay. You have to walk down an alley where people are living and chickens are tied up outside.

Cheap and easy accommodation, close to everything you need on the main road with all restaurants etc and beach in walking distance. Airport pick up organised by then hostel all worked well and was very well priced. 3000 peso to airport from accom.

We stayed in a twin room and the double private room over our stay. The air conditioning was much better in the twin room as opposed to the double room at the back of the property. Facilities ok with, showers could do with being a little cleaner and somewhere to place your toiletries but otherwise shower is ok.

super comfy beds with curtain, plug, light and shelf! easy to book tours through them, everything you need within a 5 min walk, and only 15 mins to white beach.

Staying at this hostel was an absolute delight! The location, just a stone's throw away from the sea, provided the most serene backdrop for my stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my visit. One of the highlights was definitely the chill area where I could enjoy a delicious breakfast, unwind, meet fellow travelers, and even enjoy a refreshing drink. It truly felt like a home away from home. Five stars all the way!

Couldn’t recommend Crazy Bears more!! The rooms were cleaned multiple times a day, no bugs, and great aircon. The staff was always so kind and helpful, we booked some excursions through them and Lemuel personally took us out snorkeling! It was the perfect mix of social and relaxing. Overall it was very comfortable and a great, fun place to stay!

Some people noted that the water pressure was weak at times, but I think it just depends when you shower!
