Nice little private room with ample storage and air conditioning with remote. No private bathroom or shower for private rooms but the public ones are kept clean and the hot water was always working.

Bring ear plugs as there are roosters close to the rooms that will wake you up.

I really enjoyed my stay! What stood out the most were the incredibly friendly staff. A special thank you to Sherry and Audrey at the reception – they were always helpful and kind. And of course, Ronald, the social media manager, deserves a special mention. He’s always friendly, extremely kind, and truly the face of the property. Thank you all for making my stay so pleasant!

What a great experience at Crazy Bears. One of the best hostel I've ever been. The stuff is so funny and kind, I loved Audrey at the reception, she really took care of me. Also the owner, Sam, Ronald, Bryan, what beautiful souls! It's one of the few places where I really felt home. Thank you for the unforgettable time Bears!!

How approachable staff is except for 1.

One of the staff is half Indian. Shes not that approachable compared to others. I guess she needs to know that she needs to approach everyone else with fairness and a good heart.
