I’ve traveled extensively over the past five years, staying in countless hotels across many countries, and I rarely take the time to write reviews. But this experience was truly exceptional, and I couldn’t let it go unmentioned Our stay at the hotel was nothing short of fantastic. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to make our visit special. I had reached out in advance to arrange a surprise for my wife. we had just gotten married, and they didn’t just accommodate the request, they embraced it with genuine enthusiasm. When we arrived, the room was beautifully prepared, creating a moment we’ll never forget. Throughout our stay, every member of the team was warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful, with a special reference to Sose Allushaj, she made us feel truly welcomed and cared for, always ready with a smile and willing to assist with anything we needed. The combination of thoughtful service, attention to detail, and the overall atmosphere made this experience exceptional. It was the perfect setting to celebrate such an important moment in our lives, and we’re deeply grateful. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and heartfelt stay. Jorge.

Struttura nuova e accogliente, molto pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile. Non ho usufruito della piscina ma spazio ben curato. La colazione avviene all'ingresso per spazi ristretti, semplice ma curata.
