"Will stay here again and again for my ECU needs!"

The front desk check in woman on 6/26 was literally the best front desk attendant I’ve ever encountered! She was friendly and courteous. I wish I would’ve caught her name because I would call corporate office to applaud her!

"Terrible Customer Service and Support"

Terrible customer service and support. Call asking when will the room be ready and they response is "I don't work for the cleaners". Wow, very professional and caring. These people need customer service training including the manager. I travel for business frequently and I can make comparisons and although the place is new and modern, the service is deplorable.

"Lovely but some notes. "

It was lovely and so nice to have a kitchen and a lot of what we needed, the only downsides was the bed was not that comfortable and we woke up achy each day. Also the rooms air conditioner had a moment where it was not working properly and it got warm for a few hours but started again. The bathroom is smaller than I would like and it can get messy with the shower. All the water will get on the floor and you will have to use towels to use as a mat. But the door takes up most of the room. Other than those small complaints this was a lovely room and stay! The staff is great and I would book again. But definitely would hope for a more comfortable bed. I’m still happy with the stay and the room. It was very nice.
