Very clean property , good breakfast and very polite and helpful front desk

Great location, very spacious and very clean. Very well kept and up to date.

My tv was in and out during my stay but this was a minor issue while I was in my room.

Great rooms and well equipped, wonderful beds and front desk staff awesome♥️ Nice alcohol selection for purchase and close by restaurants that will deliver and our pup liked it too.

You all need much better shower heads with some pressure.

Property is new and well kept.

The staff are extremely incompetent. We stayed for one night but was charged for 2 since their system showed it was booked for 2 nights through booking.com When I asked for a receipt when charged they refused to give me a receipt asking I collect it from booking.com (what an idiot) I paid the property which means I get the receipt from the property at the time of paying but they refused. They did not know how to answer any questions and kept saying they need to run it by their manager. This manager never showed up or never answered. They still are holding on to my money of 2 nights even though my stay was only one night. Please change all reception workers and please vet them for the job because clearly they don’t know what they are doing

The hotel itself was great however the check in was just ok the lady act like I was a bother to her she didn't tell what floor I was on just gave me the hotel key she told me about breakfast but didn't say where it was going to be served at didn't tell me where the elevators were at & being this was my 1st time being here I figured that's something she should have made sure of
