Like the ease of booking and confirmation.

The hounding day after day to pay when you're booking was confirmed you had secured with valid card and accepted pay on arrival. When replying asking for back details to pay they never answered emails and cancelled booking to be spiteful. Totally unprofessional and not acceptable. Lost any future business

Me & my wife, stayed 2 nights 24 & 25th Feb, we were on a short trip for a business meeting, hotel was great value for money👌, rooms big & quite clean, hygienic & staff was quick professional & polite🙌,

breakfast was OK but dinner was not as expected.., 2nd night had dinner outside.. 😕

Worst and third class place, the receptionist was really worst & arrogant. Her face was like someone did something with her just and she is seating on front desk. Really unpleasant experience… hotel in commercial building on 3rd floor like flat, rooms are too compact. Breakfast was really pathetic in test and only two options.

The hotel staff were awesome, very helpful, and always had smiles on their faces, The excellent food, and accommodation was wonderful, pretty nice and warm reception. Thank you!
