Edwards House

Beautiful updated B&B, friendly staff, but the bed was severely dished with a crest in the middle. Needs a new mattress.

This is a charming, historical inn located within walking distance of old town Ft Collins. The Inn is spotless, nice and clean. Breakfast is included and was delicious. Staff is friendly and courteous. Our room was missing coffee cups-asked twice verbally and one by text-no coffee cups. Also asked for extra wash cloths - same thing. Oh well...

Upscale boutique bed and breakfast. Has a shop that sales unique lotions. Loose leaf teas and pops were stationed by the back door. That was a nice touch!

Beautiful, charming, walking distance to Old Town.

Staff members were super sweet. Property was a little high priced for the end product. Service was, in some ways above average and in other ways mediocre - the mediocre part was the tech aspect of their customer service/check in process. It lacked humanity and was not easy to achieve support.

From great communication about ongoing street construction to a fabulous breakfast. Highly recommend.

This is one of our favorite quaint bed-and-breakfast in the world. The fuller suite is amazing. The Manor House rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is always superb. As locals we frequently come to have a little getaway at the Edwards house walkable to old town great restaurants, and a beautiful quiet location!

I only had 2 breakfasts while I was there for a week... I wish I could have been able to take advantage of them more. Friendly staff and yummy food.

I think the make-your-own pour-over coffee is a great alternative to have besides the machines, however, I don"t think the grind was very fresh. I did not like the taste of that one.

Beautiful home in the most conveniant location. One block from downtown. Spacious comfortable room, wonderful breakfast, very clean, and warm staff. Loved it!
