Edwards House

We really enjoyed our whole experience at Edwards House. Loved the whole place. Wonderful, comfortable bedroom with beautiful restored windows,even one in the Avery Room closet. Great convenient location, easy walk to Old Town. Convenient parking. Delicious breakfast with friendly service.

The staff was wonderful. Always willing to try to accommodate any request.

The bed could have been bigger. Long time since we slept in a double.

Beautiful, welcoming Inn! Attention to every detail and comfort. Outstanding service and delicious breakfasts. Delightful front porch for relaxing. Amazing beverage (coffee, loose leaf tea, and cold beverages) bar! In house holistic/natural items sold at the Cedar & Sage Mercantile. Fresh flowers in all rooms and common spaces. This was our rendezvous spot as my husband was halfway through a cross-country (DC to Oregon) cycling adventure. It was the perfect respite for his day off! We look forward to staying again when we come back to Fort Collins. Can’t speak highly enough of Edwards House and their wonderful staff!!!

The property is beautiful! Rooms/bathroom impeccable and clean, wonderful breakfast and loved that I could do check-in remotely since I was gone doing wedding duties all day!

Our spacious and inviting room, located on the first floor, provided ample comfort. Notably, the separate temperature control for the bedroom and bathroom added a touch of uniqueness to our stay. Breakfast was a delightful affair in the elegant dining room, offering a chance to connect with fellow guests over a delectable spread of dishes. While our interactions with the innkeepers were limited to online arrangements and email communication, the seamless check-in process—complete with an emailed note containing the entrance code—underscored the efficiency of their operations. Despite the absence of face-to-face interaction, this B&B stands out as one of the finest accommodations in Ft. Collins. It's a top contender that warrants your attention when considering where to stay in town.

Absolutely lovely. So comfortable and warm in every room of this gorgeous house. The attention to detail is on point. Take advantage of this gem immediately!
