Clean and modern

The windows are single pane windows and way too much noise from outside is heard in the room.

Clean and it had a full kitchen.

Noise! The windows need to be double or triple pane glass to keep the sound out.

Everything except the location which was a bit off the beaten track, which may had brought the price down a little because it cost 500P( with the usual negotiation) to get there, but it was good they have a 24 hr front desk or at least they waited till our arrival which was 2 hrs after what we 1st expected.✈️ delay. Bed was nice, especially the sheets, they must have a high thread count and we loved the colours of the sheets, matched the curtains, timber doors and furniture.

The split aircon was cool (not cold)in the room on 16C at night but didnt get the kitchen, living space cool by day when it was around 30C. Hate to imagine how it would be cool enough in the middle of summer, when paying 1900P a night incl taxes. There wasnt much air on the fan setting either. In the Philippines Aircon is either great or terrible, this one was kinda in the middle. No toilet tissue provided although the bathroom did have one of those miniature garden hoses that Westerners shy away from. We like to leave what we rent about as clean as we find it being ex hotel employees but there was no sponge or detergent to wipe clean benches and cooking equipment.

Room is big. Staff is helpful.

not only was it a clean, convenient, the staff was top notch. will definitely be back. especially the staff!!!!!

could have better WiFi

To start with this is a nice clean fairly new building, it's very clean, spacious, well appointed with a quiet, powerful modern ac and TV, plus cooking facilities and a decent sofa all for £15 a night. Who could complain about that!

Only two things aren't good. The building has been built the wrong way round so your bedroom and balcony are facing a very busy and noisy road. There's no sound insulation at all and it never goes quiet. The bed and pillow were exceptionally uncomfortable and was charged an outrageous amount for a second pillow which was like concrete anyway. Overall I'll put up with that because it was so cheap and otherwise so good.

close to golf course, food, and bridge. easy to get transportation. friendly staff

It's a great place to stay and affordable. If you are looking for a place far from the city life I recommend this Place. The staff was very accommodating. We'll be back next there next time.
