Location close to the place we wanted to go. Ground floor chappati restaurant food taste good and affordable. Aircon of this apartment is good.

Unit is full of ants. Kitchen cabinet, dining table, study table and bed also have ants crawling. Can see the layer of dust on the aircon units, wardrobe, kitchen Cabinet, shelves and switches. Does not provide shower gel only shampoo. There are no hook to hang clothes or towel in the shower room. Toilet flush not working well. Cannot flush down the toilet paper. Towel provided was yellowish I have to wash the towel before used. Bed sheet and pillow case has hair on it. Study chair is shaky sit at your own risk. Killed a baby cockroach in the bathroom. Tv has no local shows can only watch via YouTube or sign into Netflix account. When I asked host about the local tv program no respond fr host. And also the mailbox cannot be locked. Hence I felt the security not that safe as the house key was placed inside an open mailbox when I collect it. The WiFi will drop after a while. Was working and get frustrating with the internet connection. Suddenly no connection then i have to rebook the modem and it works ago

No breakfast provided, its an apartment you service yourself. Has an iron, hair dryer which I appreciated. Nice size kitchen table and a nice sized lounge area. Lifts good as not a fan on lifts. Good security of place and the guards friendly and helpful. The shop mart stocks good and can order meals to be dropped off or enjoy the Chippati restaurant on the corner opposite the Apartment.

A toaster and microwave would be nice.

All the items provided are in good condition and very usefull.

The check-in and check-out period only be inform after booking payment made. Cust are allowed to check-in at 3p.m but the cust have to check-out earlier at 10 a.m. Cust may extend the check-out time till 11a.m (+RM30) and 12p.m (+RM50). The refund of the deposit is not on time, which is more than 5 working days.
