Jardins do Oceano

The apartment is large, nice and clean, very well equiped, kitchen especially, terrace is beautiful. Our host Carolina was very accommodating and kind. They gave us parking place in garage. We would recommend the apartment for long stays. All in all our rating is 9.5/10

We had problem with shower, water did not drain well.

Price we paid was quite high for this appartement.

The apartment was well equipped and comfortable for 5 people. There is a good bakery, supermarket and restaurants nearby.

The apartment was not ready for checkin when we arrived, the cleaning ladies were still there, even though we communicated the arrival time and it was after 2PM, so our plans for the day were derailed by this. There was a bad smell in the apartment and especially the kitchen, probably from the previous guests cooking.

The apartment was very nice and confortable for three people, clean, well equipped and with a private parking.

We got this apartment some days before our departure, due to overbooking in our first choice. I was very disappointed about it, since the location was not ideal: not only quite far from funchal but in a neighbourhood made only by residential houses and few bars. The Cristo Rei attraction is very close, though.

The water is very warm to shower and after 2 showers there is no warm water
