Renovated Rooms 10-min to Finch Subway Near Yonge St

A family home that has been renovated to accommodate bedrooms and a communal kitchen. Limited utensils and dishes. Limited contact with manager. Room and bathroom clean. Kitchen needed attending, especially the counter surfaces and dishwasher that had not been run for a while.

The room was clean and well-maintained. The parking and affordability made it an easy decision to book.

The accommodation met it's requirement

Booking states information will be sent 24 hours before arrival i had to contact them 3 hours before arrival because i still did not have code information to get in this place is a shared location it should be listed as a hostel i thought you would have your own personal space this space is shared and mislabeled it seems that permanent residents live here as one was always outside in the very small shared space the small of the kitchen was very unpleasant the room was very small as well as the bathroom over upset with the miss marketed listing would not book again

Très propre, proche du métro Finch, appartement à partager avec d’autre voyageurs mais très silencieux (règle de silence de 23h à 8h).

It's a neat and quiet property, and the location was convenient for our event. The property manager was also flexible with us and accommodated some of our needs.

The property is in the Greater Toronto Area and is more convenient to stay in if you have a car - Toronto Downtown parking is not that simple if you have a good car. The rooms are simple, and the home is shared with other guests - even the bathroom and kitchens are shared with other guests. You’ll have to work your cooking and bathroom schedules. The AC didn’t reach our room well, but other than that, we felt it is a reasonable place to stay.
