Disposable bathroom kit was not provided. No soap or shampoo provided. Shower nozzle was old and damaged.

Location was fine

AC was not working properly and there was an open under the door hence the Room was not become cold when AC was running. No dark curtains hence the light from the corridor had come to the room no305 and the room was bright for the entire night and unable to sleep. Damages in the restroom.

"Good accommodation, but allotment of room on lower floors during peak summer to be insisted."

The location is close to the bus station, the staff were courteous and the overall cleanliness of the room was satisfactory. The staff were very accommodative and cooperative.

The AC could not keep pace with the extreme heat, especially as we were allotted room on the top floor. There were power fluctuations and the power supply was impacted a few times.
