* Does booking.com do any sort of basic check before listing hotels under pleasant stay types. Don't think so! * The entrance is on a steep slope and these are converted oyo rooms. Very badly maintained the walls from outside look like a ruin. It is frequently booked by few unmarried couples along with families. * No hot water, WIFI is feeble and unusable. * Food / breakfast comes after 9.15 AM very late for someone needing to cover sight seeing. * Money was collected upfront before our stay, we were forced to occupy or lose all money. * Beds and blankets are soiled, spotted, smelling and prone to be carrying germs and viruses. Thank God we carried our own sheets and blankets. * We're charged Rs 300 for duplicate keys as we missed under unforeseen/ uncontrollable circumstances. Overall, only can be used as some restroom and short sleep requirements.

the breakfast is a scam, prepacked and no refill options, no tea coffee, cold food.

The location is good and then the dormitory rooms are wort the money that we are paying

Water heating for restroom is not working and staff didn't respond well when i enquired and the private room is not worth for the money that they are asking for.
