Facilities, not worth for 6000

Very clean, tidy, organised place. The service provided by the guys was really good. They were understanding and helpful. The room size was good, we had two rooms with balconies and we were happy. There are no fans and aircons, but that was ok because the temperature was cold anyway, and there was no need. The location of the hotel was OK, just a little uphill that was accessible by car. There was good enough car space. There are restaurants and shops just near by walking distance of the hotel which was really good. Overall, we were happy with our stay!

The approaching road to the hotel is really bad There is a staff shortage and very diplomatic This property is over priced. The kind of room provided for ₹6000 was just too mediocre. Instead of providing two bottles of liquid soap and body wash, please provide shampoo sachets and soap. I lost my way to the hotel when I reached Ooty. The idiot didn't have the courtesy to even come out of the hotel and guide us there. Breakfast served was aweful.

The only good thing was the complementary breakfast.

The Google Maps location led us astray, causing significant frustration during our search. The initial room assigned to us had a broken sheet, and the first staff member was initially unwilling to change our room. However, after some insistence, they eventually offered an alternative. Unfortunately, the scent of mosquito sprays lingered in all the rooms. Additionally, the approaching road was composed of rubble, requiring our car to exert extra effort.

I booked the room for Rs.1400. It was worth for the facilities they provided. The customer service was really great. I arrived at 12am. The receptionist was in touch with me till I reached and he was so kind.
