Quiet, convenient & Modern Haven

Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, very clean, great host and lovely personal messages.

The property is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The bedrooms are at opposite sides of the unit so there is some privacy at night. The kitchen is well stocked, but we did not do any cooking so I am not sure about making anything other than breakfast. There is parking for two cars infront of the unit and plenty of street parking. The neighborhood is very quiet. The backyard is a nice addition. The owner is lovely and very responsive. We had one minor issue and she handled it quickly and well. The only thing I would change about the house is a better light over the front door. We were mostly coming home late and the front door lock is not lit until you touch it. So an out door light over the door would help. I used my cell phone flashlight and that worked well. If you need a cozy comfortable place to stay in Gainesville choose this lovely unit!!

The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was convenient and close to shops. About 3 miles from UF campus. At first glance, the area around the apartment seemed a little sketchy, but it was safe. I will be staying here again!

Well appointed and very clean. This was soooo much better than a hotel for our short stay. Will definitely use again when we come to town.

Kate was very nice, informative & responsive- great host. The property was very warm & inviting and nicely done. You could see the extra little touches to make it feel like a home away from home. And there was plenty of room for our family to enjoy our weekend trip. Conveniently located and easy to access.

Quiet. Comfortable beds.

No hot water for kitchen sink. Lukewarm water in shower stall. No bath soap. Need bath mat for floor outside shower stall so you don't slip and fall. Ceiling fan in living area didn't work.
