It is well maintained. The staff does an excellent job of keeping it clean. We did have a mix up but the staff did a great job of straightening it out.

It was a clean hotel.

The power went off about 3 hours , they closed down the pool early.

Breakfast was way below par simple things like scrambled eggs would have been better and beacon than what you had , overall this hotel meet our standards plus some front staff handle very big problem with cleaning rooms and was polite and respectful and for our trouble gave us free parking

I felt that you needed more cleaning staff for your rooms it should not took us more than 2 hours to check in for our room , including rest of my family and people had to wait and one last thing if you can be little more flexible on check in times we traveled 8 hrs to get to your hotel and ask if we check in early because we exhausted answer we got no can do until 3 pm even then we not get to our room until 4:30 sue cleaning issue

The location was great

The bed and pillows were not comfortable. I woke up with a sore neck from the pillows
