Es la ubicacion mas linda de Polanco, mira al bandejon de horacio con un paseo peatonal precioso. El departamento es amplio, con buena terraza.

Todo ok, esta lejos del centro histórico pero cerca de la zona turística de Polanco

Ubicacion y atencion de staff

El departamento tiene mucho ruido esta cerca quiza de algunos restaurantes, tiene ruido en las noches, el vecino de arriba es super ruidos entonces consideralo.

Lots of natural light. But then it becomes a humid greenhouse effect in the sfterboon.

Extremely noisy intersection with constant traffic honking at 7am. Everyday. Very dirty floors - wore white socks and they became black in an hour of walking around the place. We kept all shoes at front door so it was not something we tracked in. Hot water does not work, having cold showers are horrible for vacation mood. They sent maintenance repair to change battery for the instant water heater but it still malfunctions. Water turns gets hot then cold after 5 minutes. Other times it’s doesnt detect to turn on and heat water. There’s no pattern for how to use hot water. Complaints to management gets dismissed. They may change the battery but there’s issues with the actual heating system. Complaints are needed so they can be accountable for hot water. Also Issues with checking in - security was not notified. We tried to show our booking details and text confirmation and we were held by security for 15-20 minutes to verify at 1am in the morning even though we were given the key code to the door couldn’t go up the elevator due to security. In fairnesss he was doing his job and had he been notified earlier in the day as he should’ve, all would’ve been smooth.

Todo bien solo faltan aires acondicionados o ventiladores para las habitaciones debido a q hay mucho calor y 0 circulación de aire

It was beautiful. It felt safe. Beautiful location. However, we had problems with hot water for the shower. It got cold at night and there were no extra blankets or space heaters and the towels were limited and very old, kinda gross because of how thin and hard they were. For such a beautiful apartment and location they can make it a wonderful experience if management paid more attention to detail. Overall, I loved Mexico City.

Ubicación muy buena. La comunicación con ellos también respondían rápidamente y muy amables. Solo un detalle que tuvimos un poco de frío por la noche y no tenían cobijas extras. Por lo demás todo muy bien!!
