Sambar could have been better

As a female solo traveler, I felt safe throughout my stay at Burdera. The hotel has a beautiful and aesthetic ambiance, making it a visually appealing place to stay. The location is convenient, close to the airport and World Trade Park, with plenty of restaurants nearby. It’s also away from the hustle and bustle of the old walled city, which I appreciated. On the positive side, the restaurant and lobby were clean and well-maintained. However, I felt like the rooms could use more attention to cleanliness. If the hotel put a little more effort into this aspect, it would definitely elevate the overall experience. Overall, Burdera has great potential, but a few improvements in soundproofing, cleanliness, and WiFi stability would make it a much better stay.

However, my stay was just okay. The rooms could use better soundproofing—I could hear noise from outside and even sounds from other rooms. The floor felt a bit sticky, so I preferred keeping my shoes or room slippers on. The WiFi was also unreliable, disconnecting frequently, which was a bit frustrating.

Was charged for breakfast even though I paid for free buffet, first room I was given smelled like cigarettes and the second room had a different horrible smell that never dissipated
