Spacious. Clean. Modern. Wifi was brilliant. Air-conditioning. Lovely kitchen with modern appliances. Big modern bathroom. Perfect for family or friends. Lovely little office to work from home. Location excellent walk to dewaterkant and bokaap.inverter for loadshedding.

Unallocated Street Parking and very small street, if you late there is no space. Place is a bit dark so need lights on all day. Wooden floors with no insulation so can hear all the house sounds.

Very neat and well put together. The bonus is that the place have solar electricity so we were not affected by loadshedding.
