Clarks Inn Express, Dehradun

The location. In town, close to a Mall and away from the crowd. Staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast and room service menu was comprehensive.

The breakfast was good- everything in the breakfast room was clean, airy and the staff were friendly and very helpful. There was loads of choice and fresh coffee was made when requested.

The towels and the sheets were gray! Not impressed. Some, not all, of the front office staff were not the most helpful. This was my first time visiting Dehradun and there was a no response for request for any information- guests checking in were more helpful and couldn't believe the front desk staff did not even attempt to be the least bit helpful.

Staff - it is the staff that makes this property effective.

The hotel is very mediocre, not as spacious as seen in the pictures. Food can be better with good options and better coffee.
