The Sebali Resort

Quiet location , waterfall view, staff very friendly & caring

The steps - 120 each way to our room, shuttle service not frequent enough & not into town, breakfast not fabulous, often cold by the time it made its way to the table, bread basket dry & often stale.

The property was excellent as were the facilities and staff.

Unfortunately the stay was ruined by building works that were taking place next door. The work started at 8am and continued all day until 10pm. I was very upset that the resort chose not to notify me about the disruption until three days before arrival even though I had booked the accommodation 10months prior and the building works had been ongoing for nearly two years.

The staff were very friendly and attentive and the facilities and rooms were very clean. The location was also very peaceful.

There were a lot of stairs in order to access the rooms and/or leave the hotel. It is not at all accessible for those with mobility issues. The location of the property is also not ideal if you do not have your own vehicle and nothing is in walking distance

プールの水温がもう少し高く出来ると良かった。

Nice resort friendly staff very good bfast and WiFi.

A bit far from ubud centre but grab taxis v cheap and the resort also offers free transport to the centre at certain times of day.

the staff was incredible and very helpful. Even the taxi drivers they use are incredible. They made the experience 10000% amazing. Very thoughtful.
