En general es un buen hotel, el personal es muy atento siempre pendiente de lo que pueda uno necesitar, las areas comunes son bonitas y bien tenidas, la piscina y zonas húmedas son buenas. Las habitaciones podrían mejorar, la habitación se ve vieja y la nevera de la habitación no funciona.

que nunca recibi alojamiento,porque expedia no habia hecho la reservacion, pero si me cobro 800.000oo ochocientos mil pesos que debito de mi cuenta, por un servicio que no se presto, y se habia pactado por menos de la mitad de esa cifra, exijo reembolso y reconocimiento de perjuicios.
