We ended up staying the night of the 13th and had a very nice stay. We the customer service we received at the property we would stay there anytime we are in the area. The customer service received from the representative at Booking.com we might never use this system again.

We stayed on the 13th. The property had to cancel the 14th stay because of the absolute rudeness of the customer service representative at Bookin.com

The space was clean and very large.

The staff were rude and pushy. When we arrived we had already paid for the room for the night but then they required that we also put down another $100 for security purposes. This was at the end of our trip when we were already low on money so very inconvenient and the woman at the front office was very curt and acted annoyed with us. The woman working the continental breakfast the following morning was constantly over our and other guests shoulder and it did not feel very welcoming. We had a tough time trying to just enjoy our meal.
