waited for 2hrs just to check in, finding out that the room has been open. If you call them through an international phone number, they won’t answer it. There is also no water in the entire unit upon arrival.

Never went to the property because Pioneer Woodland never communicated with me for check-in instructions. They were suppose to email me 10 days before my check-in date, but never did. Tried calling the property but no one ever answered. Decided not to go because there was no formal check-in counter. So, the property failed me by not providing proper details. Wish I could get a refund from Expedia.
