The Alpfine Hotel

Ev rahatlığında konaklama yaptık değerlendirmelere göre tercih etmiştim aldığı puanın hakkını veriyor.

Otel puanının 9.6 olduğunu görerek bu otelde kalmayı seçtim. Personel gayet sıcak ve samimi, ilgiliydi. Fakat 9.6 puanı olan bir otelden beklediğimin çok daha altında bir kahvaltı çeşitliliği, sunumu, odalarda müşteriye sunulan imkan eksikliği vardı. Daha düşük puanlı kaldığım birçok otelde olan kulak pamuğu, diş fırçası gibi banyo ürünleri yoktu, odadan ayrılırken havlular vb. ürünlerin yenilenmesini istedik fakat geldiğimizde sadece havlular yenilenmişti, yeni terlik vb. ürünler bırakılmamıştı, oda temizlik görevlilerinin yeterli denetlenmediğini düşünüyorum, kahvaltıya çıkarken gördüğümüz, temiz havlular poşet içinde de olsa yerlerdeydi, arabada taşınması gerekir. Ayrıca odadan sanırım farklı bir odaya açılan kilitlenmiş bir kapı vardı fakat gece boyunca kapı altından odamıza ışık ve sigara kokusu girdi, kapı kapatıldıysa altında da ışık, hava girmesini önleyici bir bariyer koymak gerekmez mi? Personelin ilgisine diyeceğim eksi birşey yok fakat diğer konularda benim görüşüm oldukça eksikti.

Location, kind staff, clean and spacious rooms. We also ate dinner at their restaurant. Food was delicious. Even though they did not have much vegetarian options, they offered us to prepare a new vegetarian dish.

Majority of food for breakfast was not fresh, the room was super warm for our standards.

HOSPITALITY AT IT’S BEST!! Hotel staff has delivered an amazing experience. I was staying there for my wisdom teeth operation. They took care of me so well. They did trip to the pharmacy, late night room service(ice, fruits, snacks - chef’s delicious cookies and desert, tea) Staff very attentive and always smiling. FANTASTIC FOOD Specially cooked for me. The chef picked fresh produce and cooked truly brilliantly. Delicious soups, steaks, and traditional food on demand VERY CLEAN Spotless rooms GREAT LOCATION Close to Atakule shops and all the amenities Special thanks to all the staff especially the chef (Shaman) and the receptionist(Sedat) for the truly exceptional stay.

The location is great, in a safe, good place, close to Tunali. The staff was super helpful. There were a couple of hiccups, but they did their best to remediate. The internet was fast enough to hold my meetings and classes abroad. Breakfast was Ok, with a couple of bread, cheese and olive varieties, an omelet made upon order, hard boiled and scrambled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, hot tea, coffee, and crereal. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. We stayed in the stuite room which had a separate living area and bedroom with a door. Both rooms had their own AC units. Living room sofa was convertable in a bed as well. But it was very firm. The beds were more on the firm side. They had different pillows to choose from. Room had a safe, kettle free water bottle, cofee and tea to make. Hair dryer was attached on the wall. needed to keep pressing a button to work. After each stop it didn't work for a while, it had to cool down.
