Gulmarg Ski Hill Resort

muddy trekk up the hill and no hot water and 24 hr water / breakfast area and buffet area cramped only seats for 12 people. very budgeted hotel charging 4star rates.

There was nothing to like it there.

Their service was poor. Electricity was going after each 2 minutes. Really disappointed with the room service. Washroom pipes were leaking.No dental kits available. Overpriced with no customer service.

there is no proper entrance to the hotel and it is a real trouble to get into the hotel and get out during the snow..they had snow bike earlier but it is out of service now..and there was no wifi..

Its over rated you need to climb 700 mts vertical height mountain in snow to reach the hotel,just because of booking.com 7.5rating i booked this hotel,where there is no temp controlled atmosphere,you need to suffer with chilled atmoshpere they say will switch on the heating system that they will only for two hours, during night they switch off all electrical gudgets to let u suffer in cold,food is worst oily and taste less and cold …you will not get water for toilet and bath in the morning untill you are not after them..they charged 13800/- for per night which should actual be 1500/- a night,,worst ever experience of my life time to be in this hotel

You can nothing like in this hotel only a view because it been located in the mountain ,to reach hotel ,you need to climb almost a 700 mts in snow during winters
