Location was good, amenities very useful (washing machine, kitchen etc).

Bed was a cheap metal frame, very creaky and noisy. Also apartments need soundproofing, could hear other guests being loud (understand that sometimes this cannot be helped).

L’emplacement de la rue Notre Dame qui nous mène au Vieux Port en toute simplicité et également au canal. L’agencement de l’appartement et la réactivité de l’hôte en cas de problème. Il est joignable très facilement.

It was close to bus transport and felt safe.

You could hear people in other apartments.

2 nd floor without elevator 😌 As checkout informed 11-11.30 AM, cleaner knocked at 11 and not ready to wait for 15-20 min

Location was good, kitchen was well equipped

Service was very basic, only provided one towel as 'is one person apartment' even though we booked for two people and it is advertised for four people. Then after being refused another towel got a message saying 'let me know if you need anything' - so probably don't send these messages unless you are actually willing to do something. Door to the apartment didn't fit properly so you had to hang on the door for it to open. We had to call to work out how to get in even though we followed the instructions

Facilité d’accès avec les codes et réponse rapide des hôtes.

Il y avait des taches sur les draps de rechange pour le divan-lit, avec des cheveux. Il y avait également une couverture rangée dans le rangement du divan, également avec une tache dessus. Cela laisse douter quant à la rotation des draps et l’inspection du ménage et de la propreté.

Manque de papier toilette. La lunette des toilettes qui ne tenait pas en place, très incommodant.
