Central location, room size, staff. Gita and Mona room cleaners v efficient and polite. Bar and restaurant staff very quick and attentive.

Nice stay and very good and quick staff, specially Manjit, Vishwa and supervisor Ramesh. They are very helping and responsive, take quick actions on any request. Very friendly and sweet as well. Overall a nice stay at the hotel. Very recommended.

The property is very good. The stay is pleasant plus the room is well maintained, neat and tidy The staff is equally good especially housekeeping staff Manjeeta and Vishwa. The team is ready every minute to help you. Rooftop restaurant and the food is amazing

The bed was comfortable, the hotel staff (apart from reception) were lovely, amenities were genuinely clean.

Falsely advertised free breakfast, a lot of things said was included but saw none of this, for example it said the feature of our room is a private pool (which we did not see). Lack of spare towels, no room service menu in the rooms - so had to guess what to order. Constantly being cut off the phone by reception, there also needs to be a more accommodating menu as we do not eat halal meat so the only other option was veg. Lack of queuing system at reception. The restaurant menu had a lot of items missing and we were only allowed to order certain things - it shouldn’t be on the menu if its not available for example, Jacob’s Creek wine was not available so had to get Sula wine. All around did not feel this was a 4 star experience, we had a lot of expectations due to how it was advertised and having stayed in 4 star hotels in london.
