The property is not an hotel or a proper residence it just a small villa with room on z roof called suite surrounded with incomplete cement buildings away from z sea The place is not even on z map Once upon arrival I asked z guy on charge that it will be impossible to stay on z third floor using the stairs as I’m 71 years old and he totally agreed about the cancellation procedures with booking

La disponibilità!! Mi sono sentita a casa non volevo andare via sempre disponibili… ovunque volevo andare loro sempre presenti… a pagamento ma erano li!! Il titolare mi ha informata di tutto per mangiare dove andare per visitate posti!! Ho lasciato il mio cuore li Dahab e magico indietro come cosmopolitan ma unico!! Andro sempre li a swiss hotel

I recently visited Dahab for a relaxing sunny holiday. Being my first time in the area I wasn't quite sure what to expect. What a pleasant surprise it turned out to be! The accommodation itself was spacious, with even a little outside area to unwind. Swiss Royal is just a short walk to the lagoon and lighthouse, which made exploring the area easy. The weather was a touch on the windy side during my visit, so I didn't get to make the most of the rooftop terrace, though I've no doubt it's a brilliant spot during the warmer months! The host, Teleb, was an absolute standout. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel genuinely welcome, showing me around and making sure I had everything I needed. As I was working remotely during my stay, he went out of his way to ensure a reliable wifi connection. Throughout my time there, he was responsive, helpful, and always on hand whenever I needed anything. He organised and took care of all the trips I ended-up doing and I didn't have to worry about anything. All in all, a great stay, largely thanks to Teleb's warmth and attentiveness.

Overall, the room is great but would benefit from a better cleaning service.
