The staff was nice and accommodating. The upstairs room was fine.

The lower level room was not clean infact it smelled like a dirty mildewed mop and the floor wasn't even swept. the room was actually filthy there was something spilled all over the bathroom door I had to clean it myself. The baseboards are disgusting. The night stands were dirty. The room was actually very disappointing. I'm staying over again but DEFINITELY NOT I THIS ROOM. Also I think that you should have least one chair in the room.. when I booked my room it said there would be a blow dryer in here the first room didn't have a microwave there's a microwave in here but there's no blow dryer I will disappointed about that

Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht Kein heisses Wasser für Tee/ Kaffee erhältlich/defekt Eismaschine defekt Trotz sauberer Wäsche, Flöhe im/ auf Bett!!!!! Stiche/ Juckreiz etc. Morgens; Niemand im Office trotz Rücksprache zuvor Treppenhaus & Zimmerumgebung schmutzig
