It was great stay with my family. Gracie was very accommodating. Loved our stay.

The staff were great.The room was okay

The owner really needs to inject some money back into the resort. Pools need repairs and eavestroughs. Prices for food and drinks are way over what other places are charging.

NOTHING! The location was so far and you have to go through a junk yard neighborhood. At night scary to go out the property because the surroundings are pitch black. In short not a safe place especially for foreigners. The road going to the property is awful.

The owner was so rude. The pool is ocean water and so dirty. When we asked the owner about the pool,she answered with an attitude(sounds like she was pissed that we question why the pool is dirty) they are draining it to clean,but they did not. The next day still look the same. The room lights and faucets inside the room not working well. The A/C dripping water inside the room.(both rooms).Their free breakfast was plating(not buffet) with only 3 choices. 2 filipino dish and pancake with no meat/protein on the side for foreigners😟 Their wifi was so slow, very slow. We end up staying for only 1 night. And moved to Santiago Bay Resort. Oh well they charged me 3 nights. The owner said they could not refund me, even i told her the time we checked in that we would like to get backed out.

Beautiful, stunning view of the sea from the lobby, bar, and eating area. We did hire the multicab for day tripping for 2500 peso, that was a fun and interesting experience

When booking a room with breakfast included, the staff is not clear on what is included and what is not included. Only instant coffee available. No American breakfast available. Also, after i booked the rooms, the booking.com website reply was that pick up at the sea port and going back to sea port was no extra charge. Not true, the resort charge 800 peso per trip for multicab.

Had high expectations. The staff at the resort tried their best to accommodate the guests needs. The resort is on a cliff and carries spectacular views. Unfortunately, as hard as the staff worked, the facilities need some major maintenance and improvements. The room water pressure was almost nonexistent. Hot or cold. Out of the two primary pools and the tubs, only the top restaurant pool was filled, but was green and murky. The remaining pools on site had all been drained and looked to be waiting some kind of maintenance. For a superior room, it was substandard. Barely room for the queen bed, and like notes above.. the water pressure for the shower was almost nonexistent.
