The hotel was great and the staff was amazing. The hotel is well maintain and very luxury in confort. Food at the bar was delicious. All servers at the bar very professionals and very detailed oriented with the customers. In my case because it was my first time in the city they gave me good tips to be safe and for dinner in other restaurants also information about city history. I will comeback to the hotel in future vacations. Notelkis.

Awesome location and great staff

The hotel was situated in an area which I didn’t feel very comfortable walking around at night. The staff was friendly, and the food at the hotel was good, but I didn’t get a hot shower in the three days I was there. That said, I couldn’t even use the bathtub because I couldn’t get the water hot enough. The sliding glass door to my room was broke and went to the outside so I didn’t feel very safe. There was no pool or gym at the hotel so I had to walk about a mile to work out and unfortunately did not have a pool to use during my trip. The hallways within the hotel were very outdated and creepy. The hallway carpet was a cheap commercial grade carpet.

Staff was amazing, very friendly and always available to help. Only request would be to have a better mirror and lighting for makeup.

Great location and rooms, service was excellent. We were on the 5th floor and the hotel bar is on the 6th floor so we had a lot of noise in our room from the music in the bar.
