We went for a quick trip to PR for a wedding and stayed at this hotel for only three nights and ended up with bed bugs bites all over. The first day, we thought it was just mosquitoes and then we realized after reaching home that it was not give that we had hundreds of bites on our bodies especially arms and legs. I reached out to the hotel and they denied having bedbugs. The hotel was in a nice local and we had room 6 with a beautiful ocean view but the hotel was dingy and dirty.

Hell of a view! Bed was comfortable. If you stay on the weekend La Bravata gets down! If you like peace and quiet just be aware you’ll listen to the music most of the night but if you like to have a good time it’s the perfect choice since it’s super close to your room. Air conditioning is super cold! I would stay here again.

I contacted the property to inform them of the issues After my short trip and was left without response, if they answered i wouldnt have posted this but This was my text to them... Good morning. I wanted to follow up with you directly. There were multiple issues with the room. The a.c. remote has dying batteries, there are broken floor tiles in 2 locations, the bedsheet bottom skirt is blue and has unknown white stains, when it rained a puddle formed on the room floor by the window, aside from not having hot water the shower head was improperly placed and shooting water everywhere causing the ceiling to drip and also gave electric current to handle, dangerous. Also, towards the bottom stairs was consistently wet making it slippery to fall and the top stairs you are met with a nest of flies. Its a known issue because you are given a bottle of fly spray in the room. The view is beautiful, dont get me wrong, however the room isnt keeping up.

The AC doesn’t work. It was like fan, not cool enough

Great place to stay, very convenient, relatively inexpensive, safe and secure, clean and comfortable. Angelo was very helpful, even though my room didn’t have a fridge, he brought me a mini fridge within 5 minutes of me mentioning it. The shower could use an upgrade, it doesn’t get hot, it only gets warm at best and the water pressure is a little too soft. The door to the room is frosted glass and is bright at night because of the lighting, I recommend changing to a solid door or add blinds. I also would suggest upgrading the windows to block of the sound of traffic outside on the busy street. Minor things, I enjoyed my stay overall.

Place is perfect! Love the sunsets in te sunroof!!
