Beautiful hotel!

But poor valet service and desk service from the hotel staff when my vehicle was damaged on the premises in the valet parking garage in the possession of valet personnel. The hotel general manager could have better assisted with the matter. And I should have not had to drive home with damage to my car when I did not bring it there like that.

Extremely small pool, extremely slow elevators in a lack of proper response to midnight noise issues from other rooms.

Breakfast was okay. Ate there one day only out of seven days

The breakfast meat did not appear to be real sausage. it has on odd flavor. Myself and others could not find condiments like salt, pepper, etc. There was mildew stains in the shower. The room did not have any kind of welcome book with local information. it would have been nice to have a menu from the onsite restaraunt in the room and local site and restaraunts close to the hotel. The couch on the room was uncomfortable. Hard to relax in the evening and watching a little TV. The back was so low.

The rooms were very spacious. The front desk staff was top notch. The rest of the staff should follow their lead.

The housekeeping and restaurant service was awful. The Pool was small, the breakfast hours are very strict, there’s no water or coffee out daily, there was no spare toilet paper in the room ok. We stayed in a double with a pull out bed so there was 4 of us there all week and when we arrived the toilet paper rolls were over half used and there were no spares. When we asked housekeeping for some she said yes but did not provide any, we than had to go to the front desk and wait for someone to deliver it up to the room, we were completely out. The breakfast area os tiny, and gets locked up to the minute of the hours, the staff refilling breakfast items was quite rude.

Great location, excellent staff, great bar.

Breakfast could have been better.
