Hotel is located in an area with small streets. A bit quiet at night but still safe. Just next to a blind person massage house. The hotel is good and the staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast is included in the roof top restaurant which is unbeatable .

This is a wonderful hotel to stay in Kathmandu. It had all the amenities I would expect, the staff was very professional and always willing to help or answer questions. The welcome drink and orientation to the perks of the hotel was a welcome surprise. This is a clean and safe hotel - for female solo travelers.

Airport pick up is terrible. Room is old and facilities are inadequate, electricity shortage sometimes. Location not good. Not worth to stay as there are many choices close to Thamel area.

This hotel has the best staff who are so friendly and helpful and the service throughout the whole hotel from cleaning staff to restaurant and reception was just phenomenal. Bishnu the operations manager was fantastic and does a fabulous job running the hotel smoothly. Bravo to all staff ...I will be back to Kathmandu just because of the hotel alone. I made many friends here and I can't wait to see them again ...

We recently stayed at this hotel for 9 nights and we had a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a suite even though we only booked a small room. The Operations Director, Bishnu, made an effort to get to know us and chatted with us every time we ran into him at the restaurant. One night, he even offered to treat us to a complimentary dinner which we gladly accepted. The waiters were all very friendly and got to know us so well that they brought us our usual drink/food items every morning without asking. The suite was cleaned and restocked every day and we spent a lot of time relaxing there in the mornings and evenings. The hotel's location is very convenient to many restaurants and shops in Thamel and finding a taxi around the hotel was very easy if we wanted to venture farther. Our only regret is not having enough cash at the end of our 2-month trip to Nepal to tip everybody generously or at all in some cases. If we ever go back to Kathmandu, this is definitely the hotel we'll stay at. I still think of the comfortable bed and miss it so much. I had the best sleep there during our 2-month stay in Nepal. Thank you so much, Bishnu, for managing this hotel so well and thank you to all the employees who made our stay so special. We couldn't have had a better experience for our final week in Nepal.
