O quarto em si é muito bom, acomoda bem duas pessoas. O chuveiro é bom , e a cama é confortável.

Os funcionários poderiam ser mais receptivos e mais simpáticos. Os elevadores também não funcionavam bem. Dois, dos 3 elevadores, precisaram passar por manutenção no período em que estive lá.

Localização

O apartamento estava em condições ruins. Parede embaixo da escada rebocada com cimento. Paviflex soltando. Ar Condicionado no alto do pé direito do apê, pingando água no sofá. Puf manchado. Mesa e balcões desgastados. Portas sem as soleiras debaixo. Sinais claros de infiltração na parede da escada que sobe para o mezanino.
