"Everything was good but the AC was not working even though I was charged for the AC."

Nothing

First they charge 1200 extra Then they lost the room key and kept me waited for long time While the room was open they tried upto 100 keys in 1 hours and 3-4 persons came to search the key inside room. I had urgent things to do outside and I missed all my schedules. And the person on the counter was very rude. I think he is the new manager. Dirty bed sheets There were fleas and ticks everywhere on the bed and chairs All night we couldn't sleep And there's no wifi We had to use mobile data throughout our stay I was staying in this hotel since last 3 years and only this time I think staff changed and it becomes worse
