Bed was very comfy

* No luggage storage * Bad location, nothing really walking distance, including Metro * Found more than a few bugs crawling up my bathroom wall. Yuk. * More Condo than Hotel. No maid service. No fresh towels. No vending machines with drinks. No luggage hold.

Its very accessible to nearby malls, airport , and its cleanliness.and the hospitality of the staff.they assist you in ur needs from the security personnel to the front desk staff and specially our host sir jay….superb….👏👏👏👏

one guy at the front desk, by the name of Dail is not cold and indifferent. He clearly showed his dislike for his job.

Taxi arrangement, to say the least.

The location is accessible with available public/private transportation. The unit south Tower was clean, we stay in Unit 27K, well maintain. Its a fully furnished unit with 2 TV set, with heater & blower. The kitchen was complete with kettle, microwave, rice cooker also plates,cups & utensils. You fell that you're in your homeplace. It has a fast internet, you can watch netflex, you tube & etc.We enjoy the city view along Roxas blvd. at night. As a whole our stay was worthy, for sure well be back for an event. I'll recommend it to my friends & relatives, 5 star. Thank you to the owner for assisting us in chk in & out, so gratefull.

staff are nice!

24 hours front desk check in not ready until 2pm . the property owner should have the key ready for guest as long as they have proper ID at anytime to check in.

The host was amazing, very accommodating, and hospitable made my time in manila, just that much better.

Just a comfortable room. I've enjoyed staying here for my second year.

Don't expect hot water in the shower. Second year in a row and the shower isn't hot.

Excellent kitchen and shower, as well as the balcony, provide a new view of the city.

The space in the room is excellent
