Guesthouse outside the Port

Ideal for short stay prior to boarding for our cruise from Civitavecchia. Pietro and his son Gioele are excellent hosts. Gioele picked us up frpm the airport as planned. He arrived on time and was a great company in the car. Pietro offered to take us to the port the next day, which was very nice of him. We walked around the community, which was quaint and lively. Overall, we are very satisfied and highly recommend this property.

Great location to spend day before cruise with many coffee and restaurant options close by. Easy check in with complementary train station pickup. Efficient apartment met all our needs.

Property was as advertised, comfortable, secure and conveniently located. Pietro and his son both met us at the airport in Rome, and we chatted all the way back to Civitavecchia. Pietro drove us to the port entrance the next day. An excellent choice for a place to stay, for one night or more.

Pietro was the most gracious host. He picked us up from the train station and recommended MyLord for lunch which was excellent. Gave us directions to the city center and cruise port and was always smiling and helpful. Great location to walk to restaurants, attractions, market and the sea. Would stay here again

Probably ok for the price. However unless you consider instant coffee and tea to be breakfast, referring to this place as a “Bed & Breakfast” is extremely misleading as there was no breakfast included. Room was dank and dark and outdated. Again I recognize we got what we paid for as all we were looking for was a place to sleep the night before our cruise.

We stayed one night before boarding our cruise. We arranged with Zi Piedro from the hotel to pick us up from the airport. He was on time and communicated with us regarding the pick up. He was polite and friendly and arranged for places for us to have lunch and dinner. He was a great help and made us feel so welcome. He carried our luggage to our room which was appreciated. He also went out if his way and took us to the shuttle to board out ship the next morning. Service was outstanding ! Thank you for making our first day in Italy so stress free!

Mattress was very worn with little support. Linens were low quality and rough. Staff was great, meeting us late for a personal check-in, making sure we knew where to go and finally getting us to our cruise ship with ease.

Zipietro è un ottimo padrone di casa, molto gentile e cordiale, la casa è molto accogliente e pulita. Ritornerei sicuramente a casa sua.
