Perfect location, beautiful view, cheap. The rooms are spacious, have kettles, as well as a large balcony and a large bathroom.

no fridge. A mop for the bathroom would also be good. After showering, the bathroom floor is completely wet. Danger of slipping!

Had a really nice time with our stay. The location, the view and the shower (when it was working) best shower in Goa. Close to numerous beaches. Scooter hire allowed us to run about a lot. Balcony view is amazing for a sunset. Well worth a stay

One towel was dirty at first. Had to ask them to clean the room and then they didn't refill the toilet roll so left with no loo roll for the last two days of our stay. Water pressure died the second day so the shower was like a trickle. No introduction when we arrived about services so had to figure a load of stuff out on our own. No breakfast even though stated as included for example. Day staff were mid night staff were brilliant.

Very clean and comfortable room. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the balcony was stunning, overlooking Colomb bay and Palolem beach. It was in a great location. A few minutes walk to Palolem beach. The staff were very friendly and really helpful they provided us with a brand new scooter. It was only a short ride to the main shopping area and restaurants.

Lovely balcony and sea view. Very large, extremely comfortable bed.

Terrible location. Away from main beach area. Had to clamber over dangerous rocks and irregular wooden pools in the darkness to enjoy the nightlife on the beach. Fresh Monkey excrement left on stairways for a couple of days and not washed away. Dirty towel, no coffee on arrival. Very disinterested staff who did nothing. No fridge.

Excellent view. Bike rental and taxi on the reception. Good price/quality rate.

The electricity and water were absent often. The worst thing about electricity is that a/c doesn't work, especially at night. And of course, there's crows. These creatures are playing on the thin metal roof. Inside the room, there's a feeling that you're leaving in the giant drum.

The room with a garden view had a view on a wall of the toilet instead, so mind it when you book the room. Cleaning of the room was not performed at all for 8 days. Empty bottles from the water which I placed outside of the room were taken away by the staff only on the 7th day of my stay (around 14 empty bottles by that time).
