O quarto tem uma ótima estrutura

Barulho excessivo porque a rua em frente é extremamente movimentada. Merecia uma janela anti ruido..além do mais, tivemos a má sorte de ter um vizinho que arrastava móveis sem parar.

Amamos passar esses 03 dias no Kastel Petrópolis. Excelente em termos de localização, acolhimento por parte dos funcionários, em especial o supervisor Pedro que foi extremamente educado e atencioso. O hotel é bem organizado, limpo e com uma estrutura muito boa para atender famílias!! Excelente opção para quem deseja conhecer Petrópolis. Espero retornar no final do ano!

O conforto, os funcionários a facilidade de chegar e agora com a nova experiência do café da manhã ter um espaço e ñ ser mais servido no quarto, achei fantástico!!! A localização, ser ao lado do shopping e poder ir a rua teresa a pé.

O quarto é enorme, banheiro enorme parece um apartamento (mesmo) e a equipe muito atenciosa. O café da manhã é excelente! Nota 10! Fiquei num quarto de frente para rua, com vista. Espero voltar e ficar novamente!
