MainStay Suites Ozona I-10

The kitchen had the big fridge so we could put lots of cool things inside. Everything we need is in there. We could cook chicken on the stove. It was great because we did not like to eat out. The price is reasonable.

The building itself is old. There is no elevater to the room. All the MainStay rooms are on the third floor. If you have lots of baggage, it is not good. Although the room was somehow remodeled, it was not done properly. The room needs more updates.

When I walked in. I requested a 1st floor room because we are not the youngest travelers. I was told the Staybridge section of the property was only on the upper floors and there is no elevator. This was a property shared by two hotel brands, which I have never encountered before. This floor limitation should be friend t and center on the Hoteks.com website.

Although we arrived late at night, front desk attendant was very cordial. We were checked in quickly, informed of complimentary breakfast hours given wifi login a directions to our room. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

It’s a nice property. We were there overnight so we didn’t use any of their amenities nor did we have breakfast there. The bed was very comfortable.

Decent for a small town hotel but not spectacular

No hot water. Nothing could be done about it.

The staff was amazing. The first room had been repainted too recently and fumes required a room change. They were quick to help relocate to a room that smelled far less toxic.
