Review – Munduk Cabins by Desa Hay Wij hebben met 3 kinderen en 2 volwassenen 4 nachten verbleven bij Munduk Cabins by Desa Hay en het was echt een geweldige ervaring — je zit hier letterlijk in de wolken. De locatie is uniek, midden in de natuur met een prachtig uitzicht. In de ochtend veel zon en helder uitzicht, en in de middag vaak in de wolken, wat een hele bijzondere en rustige sfeer geeft. De cabins zijn luxe, schoon en volledig ingericht. Alles klopt tot in detail en je merkt dat er veel aandacht is voor comfort en beleving. De service is uitzonderlijk goed. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en denkt echt met je mee. Elke avond kregen we chocolade voor het slapen en de kamer werd zelfs 2 keer per dag opgemaakt. Ook het ontbijt is top: dagelijks een vers 3-gangen ontbijt met veel keuze. Wat het verblijf extra bijzonder maakt: * Warm en koud zwembad * Gratis wasservice * Gefilterd drinkwater * Minibar met gratis softdrinks * Netflix en een eigen iPad * Verse koffie en thee * Gratis drinkflessen om mee te nemen * Badjassen en muggenspray aanwezig * Heerlijke massages in de kamer (snel geregeld) * Gratis cookies en warme chocolademelk Pluspunten * Uitzicht en rust — letterlijk in de wolken * Ochtend zon / middag mist = unieke ervaring * Luxe en schone cabins * Service boven verwachting * Veel inbegrepen extra’s * Compleet ontzorgd verblijf

"Een prachtig hotel, midden in een rustige en groene oase van natuur."

Een prachtige locatie in een rustig stukje natuur. De kamers zijn mooi verzorgd en beschikken over een terras met een prachtig uitzicht over de jungle. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Via WhatsApp kun je bijvoorbeeld cocktails bestellen aan het zwembad.

Als we een kleine opmerking mogen geven, hadden we de badkamer graag iets ruimer gehad. Daarnaast vonden we het water van het warme zwembad iets te warm en dat van het koude zwembad net iets te koud. Dit zijn echter slechts kleine kanttekeningen en hebben zeker geen invloed gehad op onze positieve ervaring in dit hotel.
