Замечательный, гостеприимный и душевный отель!

Прекрасный чистый и очень комфортный небольшой отель, расположенный в старом городе. Очень гостеприимные и профессиональные администраторы Марта и Куранда! Мы в этом отеле во второй раз и очень остались довольны! По нашей просьбе нас раньше заселили и позже можно было выехать, огромное спасибо! Обалденный завтрак можно сказать он же и обед, очень много вкусных блюд, например пельмени, блинчики, хачапури, два вида сосисок, четыре вида сыров, творожок, мацони, каши, супы каждый день новые, всевозможные гарниры, компотик, чай кофе, печенье, яичница, варёные яйца и так далее и тому подобное! Кухня чистая и эстетичная, девочки на кухне вежливые и аккуратные! Обещаем вернуться ещё не раз! А также девочки на уборке номеров весёлые и работящие! Комната чистая и очень удобная с небольшим балкончиком! Огромное вам всем спасибо за тёплый приём!

Loved the bed, the linens, the towels, the shower and the location.

Breakfast was cold, no heat source, the carpet in the room needs to go, no coffee in the room only tea, breakfast only and no lunch or dinner.

2 gece konakladık böylesine güzel bir yer beklemiyordum açıkçası oda temiz ve yatak aşırı rahattı. Odada bornoz bile vardı yine gitsem aynı yeri tercih ederim. Odaların genişliği kendimi evimde gibi hissettim. Kahvaltı çeşitleri çok fazlaydı ve güler yüzlü olmaları ve birde temiz olmaları çok teşekkür ediyorum.

The room is large enough. The internet connection is okay. The staff is helpful. The location, on a mostly quiet street at night on the edge of the old Turkish quarter, is also good.

This hotel has many small issues that drag down the overall rating: - The mattress was completely worn out. - Even after more than 24 hours, the refrigerator barely cools anything. It's a typical minibar, not a proper refrigerator. - When breakfast doesn't start until 9 a.m., there are twice as many guests waiting as there are seats. They block each other at the buffet, which isn't badly stocked in principle (but where the food that should be hot is cold). I saw guests waiting in line for 10 minutes only to get a coffee because the machine is also very slow...
