Personalen var så trevliga och hjälpte till med allt vi behövde, samt hotellet har ett bra läge nära vattnet och restauranger!

Hotellet är gammal på ett dåligt sätt alltså den behöver renoveras..

Esto es una reseña sincera desde nuestra experiencia: sufrí un robo en el estacionamiento del Mall , sin embargo, Soledad (la dueña) y todo el personal del hotel se puso a disposición para que tuviésemos la mejor estadía posible, nos dieron su cochera personal (ya que nos habían roto un vidrio en la camioneta),gracias a eso pudimos dormir tranquilos sabiendo que estaba segura la misma. Además de brindarnos toda la información posible para resolver rápido el problema(incluso tratando de ellos encontrarnos solución), también nos mandaron un mensaje preguntándonos cómo habíamos llegado a nuestro hogar en argentina, y a si, muchos gestos más. Más allá de las excelentes instalaciones y servicio general, destacar la maravillosa calidad de personas que trabajan en este alojamiento, sin duda alguna, suuuper recomendados y volveremos allí cuando estemos en viña nuevamente.estamos muy agradecidos.

Hotel pequeño y acogedor pero por sobre todo las personas que te atienden sin excepción son fantásticos Y la ubicación perfecta todo cerca y seguro

Al ser de un solo piso no tiene ascensor ,tal vez eso, pero por lo demás muy bueno

"Fantastic hotel with exceptional hosts"

This hotel is exceptional. The owners are incredibly welcoming and helpful, and make you feel at home. They are probably the nicest hotel owners I’ve ever met. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommend!

As it’s a new hotel, the room could do with some upgrades. But this adds to the charm!
