"Luxury Stay but lots of tipping"

Luxurious room, good restaurant and great bar. Free evening entertainment- disco - for residents on the Saturday night. Welcome drink. Daily housekeeping. Good customer service at Reception.

Constant expectation of staff to be tipped.

They gave priority to their own booked guests rather than booked by booking.com. We were waiting for parking our car atleast 1 house till their guests parked their vehicles. Till then their one of the driver parked my car in nearby building basement & we were waiting there at least one hour

A huge panelty amount should transferred to my credit card or my bank account
